Room 204 is very noisy. TV sounds, doors opening and slamming, people talking all night. Not a good nights sleep. With all the space available and an empty parking lot why would I be situated over the lobby?
I love Ocean Shore for many reasons and Days Inn is just one of them. Clean, quiet, friendly staff and reasonable price.

The room was okay. The bed was comfortable and the pillows weresoft. Our room's couch and chair had stains and a bit worn cushions. The complimentary breakfast was okay: the waffles were okay with the yogurt and toast.
the Beds are very lumpy, pillows are terrible. Breakfast was very limited,make it yourself waffles,muffins. That is all,Pool was cold. Staff walked in are room without knocking to install luggage holder.

The room was clean but could use paint and finishing. Patched holes but not painted in bathroom also tile cracking. I was not impressed with the pool and hot tub due to the hair balls and dirty table and chairs. The hot tub needed to be cleaned as well.
The maid service was fantastic, bed was really comfy and clean room . The front desk was really nice.

Vending machines broken. Front Desk person not the friendliest at check in. When we checked in he did not tell us housekeeping was still working in our room. Had to wait outside for about 10 minutes.
Very easy to find. Good parking. Convenient to activities in ocean shores. Enjoyed the pool. Breakfast and comfy bed. Very quiet enjoyed listening to the frogs at night.
There was no blind on the window. The door jam was broken.
Only stayed there as nothing was available any else

It was a standard motel room. The property was dated. We had a king bed in a room designed for 2 queens so there was plenty of space. Everything seemed to work. Basically, you got what you paid for.
I like the locate the staff was warm and very helpful. The only disappointment was i would have liked to use the hot tub. I made the reservation based on going into the hot tub.
We stayed here for a belated Valentine's getaway. The pics on the website showed the rooms that had been updated and had wood flooring. We were given an older room that had not been updated. There was carpet that hadnt been deep cleaned in a while. There was something stuck to the carpet that i thought may have been dog poo, as it is a pet friendly motel. There was some cereal on the entertainment center that had been left from the previous guests. Water pressure in shower was not good. Hot tub was under maintenace. Breakfast was ok.

Booked the room because it had a hot tub and a pool. Both were not in working order when we arrived. Walls are very thin. Not very good water pressure. It is an older hotel that needs updating. Bed and couch were very worn.
Hot tub was out of use which was the only reason i booked here.

Clean and inexpensive. Only issue was that we had two TV’s in our room because one didn’t work and we ended up switching them out ourselves.

Paid $100 for one night for me and my sister to come and have a fun get away for the weekend, upon our arrival and checking into the room we noticed a FOWL wet dog smell heavily in our room, my sister and i had to open the window and door for atleast an hour until i finally realized what the smell was coming from was the header they place on the bed that was covered in dog hair and as soon as i threw It outside the smell was gone…
Then as we arrived we were under the impression we would have 5g speed WiFi and it also states that in their sign at the front of the entrance this WiFi is FAR from 5g speed me and my sister couldn’t even connect to it on our cellphones and the WiFi wouldn’t even work with the tv it was so extremely slow and after all this and paying $100 i thought The least i can Do is call the office and when i did All they told me was they’d leave the complaint with the supervisor and ended the call, didn’t offer me any compensation didn’t try to offer new clean bedding nothing.. i WILL NEVER be coming here to this cheap ass hotel again the doors and walls are so thin you can hear everything outside not even worth $100 and the only good thing was the beach which is actually a 10 minute walk from here so i drove

It was run down ,looking inside the room towards the door you could see daylight all the way around the door ,the back window looked out to a unkept wooded area

We know that you have other options to stay when in Ocean Shores and will value your business. We are making improvements to our guestrooms. Unfortunately in regards to the wooded area that is not under our control.
The room was clean and quiet, but the beds and pillows are not comfortable. Breakfast was very basic.

We appreciate your comments and have taken them to heart. We are looking at some changes to the continental breakfast. As far as the beds and pillows we are planning improvements in the future.
Hotel staff seemed irritated when we arrived early and wanted to charge us $10 a hour to check in at 10 unless we wanted to wait until 3 but when checking out saw another couple check in but they didn't get that charged to check in early also was called at 11am to ask when I was leaving and if it was gonna be later than noon they were gonna charge me an additional 10 per hour tv didn't work saw a dead rat on the parking lot staff seemed like they didn't want to be there so with nothing to do we had sex all night they were rude before that fact also got charged far more than I should and have and head board wasn't connected to bed it was screwed into the wall so we couldn't fix the headboard

Regarding the early check in charge, it is our hotel policy that early check in's do incur a charge. The guest you believe was not charged could have been a Wyndham Rewards member. In which case depending on hotel occupancy/reservations have as a benefit an early/late. Again, we appreciate you feedback and honesty. We sincerely hope that if back in Ocean Shores you will give us the opportunity be your choice for lodging.
Everyone was very nice and helpful, the room was clean. Outside was brighter. It was a relaxing trip. The hot tub still doesn't have jets for the third year in a row..

Ice machine was broke. Room was ok. Door sticks so have to slam to shut it. The carpet needs to be cleaned. Also the cold air coming through the door frames makes it hard to keep room warm. It’s worth the price. Easy walk to many businesses.
