"The rooms were beautiful. While I appreciated the extra security, it got bothersome every single time you left your room. I didn't like that the pool closed so early, 8pm. I would have enjoyed a patio, or sitting areas outside. The restaurants closed early for a 24 hr casino. It says room service is available all night but it's not. Also didn't like that there was no microwave in the rooms"

"The first half of our stay went very well, the room was clean and the staff we encountered were nice and helpful. However, the day before we left when we went to breakfast we left the dining area covered in wood stain as they had stained the tables and chairs but did not put any signs up or tell anyone, and it was still wet. We each had an entire outfit ruined by the wood stain and I had to scrub it from my skin as well. The staff person we spoke about at that time seemed confused and brushed it off. The next day I went to breakfast again and made sure to check the chairs before I sat and they were still wet. There was a “wet paint” sign on the wall above the food, but nothing by the tables and chairs. I went to ask at the desk if there were any that weren’t wet and the lady there said “we thought it would be dry by now but if isn’t I’d probably avoid it.” When I told her that our clothes were ruined the day before she didn’t even acknowledge it."

"We stayed in the platinum suite, we booked 2 rooms, when we checked in only one room was ready, they called us when the other room was ready but we had to wait in line again and by that time it was extremely long and it was annoying I feel they should make a special line for those types of situations. The rooms view was amazing, the room itself was a little worn and the carpets could use a good cleaning, beds were comfy and they had a waterfall shower. We would stay here again if we ever come.back. The casino was kinda small but we enjoyed ourselves."

"The hotel was clean and parking very easy and accessible. The buffet wasn't great, and the Shack was quite expensive, also not a great variety of food to choose from. I also thought I saw listed as amenities, a mini fridge and microwave. When we arrived, we were told that management removed all the microwaves due to fire detectors going off and guests having to leave their hotel room although there was not a fire. Palace should remove microwave from their room's websites. If I visit Biloxi again, I plan to stay at the Golden Nugget. Their dining is much nicer than The Palace Casino. Golden Nuggett's Lillie is AWESOME for dining, and reasonable."

"Everything was really good, only problem I had we decided to eat at Margaritaville restaurant in last night and they say us at a table in the bar area, the bartender was way to busy at the bar to be waiting tables he was doing all he could do but they should just let the waitress or waiters tend to the tables."

"The room had not been cleaned well. The shower was a small old tub/shower combo with a glass wall instead of a shower curtain but it only opened on one side and you had to get in to turn the water on and the shower had a constant drip. They do not clean your rooms during your stay but you can call the front desk to request more towels if needed. You have to use your key card on the elevator to access your floor which is fine but no one tells you that when checking in. EVERYONE in your room needs their own key if you leave the room"
