"I was not pleased with my stay. We only stayed one night. The mattresses were terrible. We were rolling towards one another to the middle of the bed. The covers are thin as paper and it took over an hour to get additional bedding for the pull out. Also, every time the air conditioner came on, it sounded like a vehicle with a modified exhaust system and it woke us up out of our sleep. There were also bugs in the bathroom when we got up the next morning. Will not be returning. "

"Pre registration is pointless. Had to re register on arrival. Staff member on a personal call during arrival - not unfriendly but clearly didn’t want to be bothered. Room keys didn’t work at first - had to go back down so she could rekey. Door stuck, deadbolt wouldn’t lock. Paint peeling off walls and hand towel was damp upon arrival… no idea WHY. Paid $120 for what should have been $75 max."

"We were given a smoking room even though we requested a nonsmoking room. Also, they initially didn’t allow us to eat at Sugar Factory because we didn’t have a reservation, even though the reservation system was not taking reservations."

"The room had moldy pizza under the pull out couch like it haven’t been cleaned out in months and the hotel had an odor. It’s time to renovate that hotel! For it to be only two floors it should be better"

"Enjoyed the stay here. Everything was clean restaurant was lil more expensive but the food was fantastic. Will stay here again"
