"Upon walking in you will find random, old light fixtures that don't work, curtain rods falling in half so you can't shut the curtains, nasty toilet seats, holes in the walls, no comforters (only a sheet), a shower that none of my family would step foot in. Now, the property....the pool had a hazard sign on the gate from the city that it is not safe to swim in. Staff was not friendly at check-in. We tried to stay elsewhere, but nothing was available. "Single king bed room, spacious, clean, nice fridge and cooktop (didn't use the cooktop). Water flow in the bathroom sink and shower was rather low. When I was ready to leave the one elevator in the building wasn't working, so getting everything out to my car consumed time and energy. I would stay there again since the elevator issue was a fluke, but I would check the water flow before accepting the room assignment."

"I always stay at this hotel whenever I’m working in the West Palm Beach area, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, which is especially important after a long workday, and my crew is always able to rest well. The breakfast is also very good and convenient before starting the day. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel has become our preferred place to stay whenever we’re working in the area.
