We only stayed one night but everything was great. Older property but very clean. Beds were comfortable and really nice pillows. The ladies at the front desk were so kind. There are restaurants, bars & Publix all within walking distance. Having the balcony overlooking the ocean was very nice as well. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Ormond Beach.

This is my second stay here and both times I have loved it! The place is a little older and not super fancy, but it is CLEAN and everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful! I will definitely be back.

Can't say enough positive..... Rooms were very clean, absolutely zero maintenance issues. Property was very well maintained and clean. It is an older property but very well maintained. Pool.was very nice and also well maintained. I liked it so much I scheduled another visit for thanksgiving.

Amazing staff. All I encountered were friendly, honest, helpful and caring. Rooms were clean, offered alot for cooking and food making. Balcony was good size and good view. Pool is larger than most places and well kept by staff. easy and safe parking even during Bike week. Only "issue" i'd say confidently is the beds. One was very stiff while the other was, the couch pullout, very rough due to the springs in it making sleep tough to achieve comfortably and consistently.

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were amazing, friendly and ready to help anyway they could. Got dinner recommendations from a few different staff and all the places were amazing. Will definitely stay there again.

Absolutely love this place!! We usually stay a few hotels down but wanted a pool this time. The room wasn’t just a room it was a suite with full kitchen and separate bedroom. Wonderful pool and beach access. Will absolutely book here again!!

The staff was very kind and the location was great. We didn't use the kitchen but it was fully stocked. There was hair in the shower when we arrived but everything else was clean. As advertised the room had a murphy bed and a sofa bed.
