"I do not recommend for you to stay here. This beachfront hotel has no beach access. Lots of construction going on. We got woken up early with the construction noise. The ocean view is blocked with cranes. The guy at the reception was very rude and unwilling to accommodate anything. The AC was not working. Hotel is old and needs to be remodeled. Thankfully we booked through Expedia who helped us get another hotel booked. DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"Check-in was super easy, and the room was decently cleaned. Great location convenient to a lot of places. No issues there. The murphy bed was uncomfortable, and our refrigerator didn’t work after we bought groceries. The property referred us to an after hours number that didn’t help at all. We figured out how to fix it ourselves after a lot of researching. The property didn’t seem to be concerned because they didn’t write back again until the next day and never came to check on it. We...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Tropical Suites at Sunglow Resort! The location was incredibly convenient, with a 7-Eleven just across the street and Crabby Joe’s restaurant within walking distance. It was so nice to enjoy a few drinks, have a great time, and safely walk back to our room without worrying about driving.
I will say that when we first drove up, the exterior looked a little outdated, although it was clean. However, once we stepped inside, we were pleasantly surprised! Our suite was...
