"We booked in for one night, staff were amazing , place was good, but maybe a little dusty because my son’s allergies fleared up really bad. His eye was blood shot red and itchy But also the next morning we woke up to dripping and I thought my son didn’t turn the shower off. But it was the place above us dripping water into the bath. Which I found gross. And I still had to have a shower and wash my hair 😭 , when I told them they did say they would move our room. But we were checking out that day...

"Terrible experience staying at Mantra Hotel, definitely not even a 1-star experience. The room was disgusting, dirty, and mouldy. The bed was broken, the curtains were damaged, and the overall condition of the room was unacceptable. Very disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance standards. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone."
