Great location and clean rooms. Staff member at check in was friendly. Recommend this location and facilities.
Only bad thing is car parking. The carpark is extremely tight to get around - if you have a large car you will need to park elsewhere
Staff at the Mantra was amazing. Called to confirm but wasn’t pushy. When I arrived after a long day of travelling, they were very welcoming.
The room was comfortable and large. By myself but certainly could have had another person in there comfortably.
The location was great too. Went for a nice walk in the morning and there were some nice cafes and shops around.
Staff were lovely and so helpful l loved the location and view would happily stay here again Rena Harris

Old style room, clean but definitely needs updates, shower head sprays out onto the bathroom floor, easy check in and friendly staff, car park is a nightmare. Probably won’t re-book due to the car park, very tight and pillars in the middle of the driveway.
The room was nice, warm and cozy, also slept like a baby the bed is comfortable. Did come across a couple of cockaroaches but besides that the room was lovely. The receptionist + staffs are absolutely lovely and welcoming. The carpark is very tight to get through and out more suitable for smaller cars than normal or medium sized cars, also trying to find a spot for guest was hard since majority of parks are reserved or private parking but the good note is they directed us to carpark spots if there isn't any left on site. Overall we enjoyed our stay, close by to clubs etc and right next to the shops. The veiw in our room from the window was absolutely beautiful. Do recommend for anyone wanting to do a solo or going with a partner stay for a holiday or to just get away. Pricing of the place is worth it too and absolutely cheap especially for one night.

The reception staff were lovely, we asked for a product to which they'd bring to the room but it wasnt what was asked, assuming they were out and just left whatever to make it up. The room wasnt what the pictures advertised and was very old and dated looking. The curtains had holes in them and the air conditioning did not work in the old duct vents even turned on to its lowest setting of 18°. The room definitely wasnt noise cancelling as we heard sirens no stop from the traffic outside and the room next door banging walls and slaming doors. The carpark is a tight squeeze if you have a large car and in general be cautious. The only solid point is the bed was very comfortable.
I was looking for a clean, comfortable hotel for the night in a convenience location for business purposes at a reasonable price. The hotel met all of this, however the service was 6 star. Reception staff were incredible when I advised I was arriving early and assisted me with parking so I could make a meeting. Then on check-out I requested an extension due to tele-meetings I had scheduled and again were terrific in providing me with an extension. Room was clean, comfortable and everything I needed
Expensive room and for actual standard expected is below average due to condition. Drains in bathroom emitted foul smell which filled the room. Dirty walls and floor and overall building quality is below an acceptable level. Also ventilation in bathroom is non existent and Lord knows how it passed inspection.
Overall not a good hotel experience in ways of living. Service was excellent and at least they have good staff 10/10 to them. Owner needs to stop trying to line his pockets and fix the existing issues.

Check in staff were fabulous so energetic and fast and helpful. Room was as requested and described.
Hot tub/spa pool was cold but nice in the heat no bubbles though. Car park was a bit rough to navigate with structural poles to dodge. No staff at check out so just did key drop, after waiting 15 mins with a few other rooms of people waiting to do the same.

Car parking $ for very narrow, limited spaces and pillars everywhere. Lucky we did not have a large car to manoeuvre.
Comfortable beds, clean and soundproof rooms.
Friendly and professional staff.
Perfect location if visiting Johnny Ringos as it’s right next door basically.
