"Hello, I just wanted to say the hotel was esthetically cool and hip, but I am a clean freak and the hotel room was NOT 100% clean. The walls and doors had stains and I usually bring my own cleaning supplies and I wiped down the doors and walls and they were dirty.
The worst part was, my 2 kids slept on the sofa bed and the back and arms of the couch were brown and it was a light grey couch. I wonder, if they don’t pay attention to details, what else do they not pay attention to that my eyes...

"We’ve stayed here several times and have never had a complaint, this stay wasn’t a good one. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the board the mattress was on was very squeaky, there was no body wash in the container on the shower wall, hot water wasn’t hot at all. Breakfast wasn’t appetizing at all the scrambled eggs were sitting in water which was the only thing to eat besides bacon or waffles."

"The layout of the room we stayed in was quirky-the toilet & shower was on one side and the sink was in another alcove on the other side. Shower pressure was lacking, but looked nice with new walls and a new low flow toilet. Beds were comfy. Little touch ups still needed but all in all I'd definitely stay here again!"

"The smell of the room was horrible. Misty, musky smell constantly from the air conditioner. Leaving it off mad it worse. Humming noises either inside or outside the room. Bathroom fan did not work. No microwave as stated on their website. Too old of a building."
