"The staff were wonderful, the room has a fridge, a/c, coffee machine - perfect. If you drive there, it requires no turns to get there from the autobahn, the entrance is wide open to get off the street and the parking is underground, at a reasonable rate. It is an easy walk to the local tram station for city wide travel. For walking to the shopping/dining district, also requires no turns, just a straight line easy walk. We will stay here again for sure."

"This hotel was in an excellent location for our visit to Heidelberg - a bus stop right across the road. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and nicely decorated (we appreciated having two chairs in the room). Convenient undergroung parking. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. We got here in time for Happy Hour so had a plesant drink on the outdoor terrace. Then had a delicious dinner at a nearby restaiurant."

"I've asked for a room on a lower floor,and got a lovely room on the 2nd floor. Very comfortable bed and big shower cubicle too.I've stayed in a 4* hotels and actually rate Premier Inn, better than some of the 4stars! Staff are very pleasant and helpful. 10 min walk from the Mannheim train station too,therefore convenient for early departure. Danke,grazie mille."

"For our two rooms, 4 adults and one child, Expedia indicates that I shall only pay 14 euros on arrival, all other fees are paid except for the parking. but the Hotel charged us 40 euros which includes 19 euros’ parking. The detail invoice shows that the Hotel charged the taxes on child (which shall not be the case) and another accommodation fees which has been paid with expedia."

"We had our car parked up for some fee in the safe car park. Room was clean with comfortable beds and coffee tea to make for ourself. Reception had some small self service shop to buy some drinks and snacks. I am happy with the service."

"The room was very clean and comfortable, the air condition was excellent. We stayed for one night just to visit the castle. The bus stop was within walking distance."
