"It’s a beautiful hotel with a great staff. We were able to speak English at our hotel and had great service. We had a beautiful balcony and loved the location. If you are looking for a relaxing trip, this is the right place to stay. You are outside the city and by beautiful beaches. But you are close enough to the city if you want to Uber in and out, it’s an easy trip. We rented bikes from the hotel and biked to Arcadia Beach. It was a fun way to see more of the area!"

"It would be nicer design to have a locked entrance to the beach for a ground floor beach room. Very confusing about the breakfast ordering- strange that you are entitled to a certain amount of dishes but that if you do not order all of the dishes at the same time, you can not receive all of the preordered dishes. It would be good to have clear conditions and terms ahead of time. Location can be tricky to get a taxi due to road access. Hotel is generally very clean and modern."

"The reception had a small problem with my booking that had originally been cancelled. Took a while to work out but they could have made it a lot quicker and performed better customer service. The breakfast was really average compared to a much cheaper hotel called Hotel Arcadia. This was disappointing. Couldn’t get Uber as too far out from the city."

"Due to the confusing street numbering system the hotel is difficult to find - it is actually on Kamanina Street. Look out for a blue sign on a gate in Cyrillic script only, follow the signs through a park that looks like a derelict military camp. There is a handy tram/bus stop nearby once you get your bearings.
