The host was great, friendly and helpful. The apartment could use some upgrades to become an outstanding stay. A better bed/mattress for instance. But for a great location, safe and secure environment you couldn’t do better!! Plenty of room to entertain, though no stove in the kitchen. I think an upgrade in the dish drying rack, towels, sheets and bed would make a huge improvement I’d happily stay there again as is!

Good apartment for business stay

Spent 19 nights in the apartment. For me it was convenient, 5 minutes from work, in a safe building. Bed was comfortable. The owners were responsive, answered emails/calls timely. Apartment was comfortable and served the purpose.

Šalia parko. Rami aplinka. Nėra triukšmo. Pėsčiomis smagiai pasivaikščiojant pasiekiami dauguma Odesos objektų. Netoli tramvajaus sustojimas, kuris nuvež iki norimo pliažo. Greta esančiame turguje Privoz įsigysite šviežių vaisių ir daržovių, bei gruziniškos duonos. Pastatas keistas, postsovietinės architektūros su įmantria labirintine kolidorių sistema.
