The stay wasn't as good as the first time we stayed. The room seems to not be as clean and tidy and their was parts of the decore coming off especially in the bathroom a bove the shower. Excellent facility, specious and comfy, the appliances were used and not very hygienic and in need of a deep clean. Staff are very friendly, this was my 2nd year of coming to Farnborough and staying at HQ I will still book again next year.

Stayed here a few times, but disappointed to find absolutely no cutlery whatsover. Also a couple of pans but no frying pan etc. Apartment was nice and roomy and I was in the annexe building right by the town centre. Location excellent!
