"We had a two night stay here for our anniversary. Cannot fault anything. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and immaculately clean. Breakfast was a great experience lots of choices from cold and hot options. Lovely garden to sit and relax. Had a lovely walk along the canal. Overall a great experience. "

To Improve :- Do not use an Extention Lead for the Large TV - a hazard for guest to wheel the extension lead to a socket Drill the TV into the wall facing the double bed The chairs around the table looks like a meeting room - please remove and the office chair opposude the dressing table does not match. Decor is outdated. Perhaps antique decor as it would suit the hotel and buildings Cold table in bath is hard to turn Sink is blocked in bathroom...

"Bell boy needs training to move luggage on the golf cart and not drag suit cases through the stones and dirt to outside rooms. Wait staff on the terrace need further customer service training."

"Good food and a clean and very comfortable room. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The facilities included full spa services including very good facials and the rest of the treatments. The swimming pools were clean and were providing experiences for small children whilst rhe other pool catered for over 18s.
