"Front staff lacks training in handling fire hazard/emergency situations. AC took long to get fixed after which sparks caused a fire that I extinguished and informed the reception staff to get this looked at asap but there was no real sense of danger/urgency on their behalf, which indicates I was purposely put in a defective room and wasted 3-4 hrs of my stay.
