The carpet in the lobby and hallways was absolutely filthy. I have never seen hotel carpet in such poor condition. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and made an awful first impression. "It just was not clean at all … the staff was really nice and sweet but the hotel itself was not in good shape. Shower water barely got hot and the knob was falling off ."

"It was unkept. No rack to hang dresses, when I asked for one they said they didn't have any. It was pure squalor. I could not bear to stay there we left and found a place that didn't make me want to vomit. The help was mentally not there."
