"What a great find in Knighton, Tom was a great host and even offered to wash our clothes for us,we had everything we needed for are one night stay 10 out of 10 from us and great value."

"The property was ideal for a base to visit the surrounding area. Our bedroom and the property generally was clean and tidy. The owner and staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was fine but the 'help yourself' fruit in the dining area was not fresh. Parking could be an issue near the hotel but our disability parking permit helped."

"Excellent place to stay with dogs as you are self contained with an area to walk them away from the main road. Facilities good, we had a lovely garden cottage - only downside are the doors are built for hobbits (I’m a little over 5ft and had no issues, 6ft + hubby cracked his head once…"

Excellent and well maintained facilities with the highlights being a tennis court and an indoor swimming pool! Beautiful and peaceful location, surrounded by fields and countryside. "The local church is lovely and worth a visit. Good walks on Offa's Dyke's path. The property would suit a book fanatic as the place is full of expensive first edition copies and cobwebs! Barking dogs at night from a nearby property kept us awake. Otherwise ok. "
