"The room was not kept and cleaned. Towels and garbage from previous customers left at the room and that was disgusting! We reserved a room for the family of 4 adults and needed additional 2 sets of bed linens for a sofa bed, but there wasn't any. We asked a receptionist at the lobby for house keeping when we went out to sightseeing to the city, but when we came back at the evening, the room was the same condition. The staff working was horrible. Good thing is we stayed the hotel only one night."

"It wasn't too far to travel too from the main station and easy to access with my Eurail pass. Did not need any other ticket. Place was cleaner than I expected. Very modern room. I was actually impressed with the inner room. Only place I saw a working heating in over 16 hotels I passed through in 16 days. I would definitely recommend staying here. "The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was ok but there were 2 beds pulled together with two separate covers vs one larger bed. We understand that this is common in Europe but have not seen it in a while and have always had one larger bed (my husband and I travel a lot). The toilet was also spitting water out onto the floor with every flush. The weirdest thing is that I’ve seen this before 2 years ago when I stayed at the same hotel. So this is not a random thing for them....

"The Hotel was Gorgeous! Clean ! Inviting ! Comfortable! The Hostesses spoke several languages. Communication was easy being from the States . The property was well kept! The coffee bar and fresh cucumber and kiwi water was delicious and refreshing!

"We arrived late in the evening after a concert in Frankfurt. The instructions were clear, and we had no problems accessing the apartment. We were very happy to have off-street parking. The neighborhood was quiet. We slept comfortably in the rooms. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The bathroom and shower were excellent. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again. "
