"I could rate them 5 star but they don’t have any outlet and no shop to sell even. They said there is shop which has no product. We beg them to help but employees said they can’t do it. "We enjoyed our stay here very much. The 2 bedroom was large and unexpectedly had a second bathroom which was a nice surprise. The washer/dryer combo made it easy to throw our clothes in the morning and come back to clean and dry clothes. Breakfast was delicious and service was outstanding. Everyone was extremely friendly. Location was quiet and only a 4 min walk to the tram. We would stay here again!"

"The apartment was very clean and it had a kitchenette that you could do a bit of cooking. We enjoyed that it was right across the street from the train station, so very convenient for us. Our apartment was a corner apartment so it had lots of windows facing the train station. Each floor had their own laundromat. Staff were super friendly and ready to tell you tourist information. We would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was totally unmanned, shortly after checking in the elevator went out of order so by the time it was operative, I lost some precious hours stranded in my room on the 8th floor. Air conditioner was not functioning & for any problem, the only way of contacting, is WhatsApp with a machine. The microwave wasn’t functioning and same problem as the others. I SHALL never try this hotel or any UNMANNED hotel. Expedia better mention explicitly that hotel is UNMANNED 😖"

"Location was 5 minutes walking distance to public transportation, but overall a little far from the center of town for our purposes. Safe area to walk. Our bathroom flooded the first night, but they were able to move us to another room. No nightstand to charge phones etc. Tight space for two adults and two children even though its advertised as accommodating four people. Breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent!"
