"There were bugs in my room. Was no air conditioning and nothing was done about it! Was not happy, for a hot 2days I had a very unpleasant experience."

A quick turn back of the blankets showed stained dirty sheets. Switched rooms immediately and received a room that smelt like pee which again had stained sheets. "The staff at the front desk was friendly. The room needed a lot of work. There was no smoke detector. There was a huge hole in the wall. The water pressure in the sink was minimal. The sheets on the bed were paper thin. There is no elevator."

"This room is designed as all hotel rooms should be. A shelf and hooks by the door. A rack for bags instead of a TV on a dresser. The only design flaw is that the faucet is too short causing water on the counter when washing one's hands. Breakfast was complete and had a pancake maker that I've never seen before. Overall a great stay."

"The hallways smell dogs, the toilet didn't flush, no trash liner in the container, the front desk was very responsive and they gave as a new room Second room , the shower was not clean it had hairs on the walls They were two lamps with with twisted prongs unable to plug the lamps on the sockets Surprised by the dclined as we have been in many of your facilities before, never had this problems"

"Amazing stay, would absolutely stay again. Everything was clean, staff were helpful and nice, pool and hotub were great, coin laundry was fast. Streaming services on the TV, elevator, and amazing breakfast - eggs, meat, potatoes, burrito, biscuits and gravy, plus waffles and everything else you could want. Fresh honey comb! "HONEST REVIEW. We stayed in room 805, fridge kept doing a loud noise often enough to disrupt sleep. The closet door was not properly installed or maintained. We can hear Ice machine next to room. Both elevators sound pretty bad feels like they might give out soon. Parking is not bad for it being downtown, but it is a bit of a walk from hotel entrance, and should be part of the stay rather than an extra charge $12, not the $10 stated.
