"The rooms need some upgrades. I'm glad that the old hotel carpeting was taken out and replaced with a laminate flooring. The sink faucets were very difficult to turn on and off. I needed to use both hands and it took all my strength. A magnifying mirror at the sinks would have been nice. The sheer drapes were gone and not replaced, so it was either the blackout shades or an open window that people could look into. The free breakfast was just that, a free breakfast. "Great hotel! I stay here about once a month when i travel to the Portland area.the rooms are very clean, the staff are friendly, and the location is quiet. I haven’t used the pool, the gym, or the sauna but they all look quite nice. Highly recommend"

"Property needs updating, and an exterminator likely. Huge spider in the room, asked for assistance and nobody bothered to come so had to kill the brown recluse myself.
The lobby looks really nice. Should spend that money on room renovations and food upgrades. Had icecream that didn’t even melt.
Beds are extremely uncomfortable and I would have had to change hotels if staying more than one night. Horrible mattress. Horrible.

The other annoying part is that it appeared that we were sharing the parking lot with people only going to the airport, it was hard to find parking. "I was thoroughly impressed with the facility until I slipped and fell on my elbow and knee while walking back to my room. I promptly alerted the front desk about the water on the floor, but they explained that the floor cleaner occasionally misses some water. Surprisingly, there were no wet floor signs, and they only offered to waive the resort fee. Fortunately, I’m not an elderly person, so I didn’t break a hip or something worse."
