"I've stayed at this hotel a few times, mainly because it's reasonably priced and easy to get to. The rooms and hotel itself are clean and well-maintained, however, I do have a few complaints based on this stay: 1) the cheapy coffee maker did not work, 2) the mini fridge quit working overnight, 3) the outlet on the bedside lamp did not work so I woke up to a dead phone and watch, 4) the parking deck is hard to maneuver if you are in a truck or large SUV, 5) they don't stock beer or wine in the...

"The front desk was wonderful. He made my stay. Awesome person! Unfortunately I didnt get his name. The room was clean. However, in room 107, you can hear everytime someone slams the door to the pool area. There is no connection for a firestick and the cable sucks!"

"Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, which is perfect for families. The bedrooms are on the opposite side of the living room. Each room had its own bathroom, which was nice for privacy. Overall, a good size room with plenty of space to stretch out and relax."

"Very poorly maintained all over. Our room smelled really bad of smoke- possibly pot smoke. Our kids found a roach in their bed and we found another on the ceiling right outside the breakfast area! We had already had to move rooms once due to someone smoking pot outside his room and yelling at someone on his phone, so we weren’t about to move a second time. The front desk wasn’t sympathetic and just blamed the roaches on the rain. They wouldn’t discount that night, but we got off the hook...

"I liked the fact that the staff was very helpful. I didn't like the fact that I had to pay such a high deposit before I could get my room. Then you only get two sets of towels it was three of us. Overall I did us the laundry facilities and I liked having a decent kitchen for the kids. The parking lot floods so dont park in the middle, I had to swim to my car, the water was up to my doors."
