"Beautiful hotel in a great location, right on the River Miljacka and about a 15-minute walk from the old town. We arrived in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to receive an early check-in — something we really appreciated after traveling. The staff were genuinely lovely: attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful. They offered great recommendations throughout our stay, and their warm attitude made a real difference. "Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is literally connected to the SCC which was SO continent for food and shopping!! Its also just a short 30 minute walk / 8 minute drive away from old town. You can also get the tram which is right outside the hotel by the mall entrance. There is even another mall right opposite outside with more food and shopping options. The room was clean, spacious and amazing views. 10/10"

"This is a wonderful hotel in an excellent location. It is located near the Old Town, shopping, and numerous restaurants. The staff is warm and welcoming, daily room service was efficient, and my room was spotless. Because I was on a working vacation, I chose a suite, and the room had dining and living space, as well as an excellent work area with multiple outlets nearby. It was easy to keep my electronic equipment charged. Sarajevo was a fascinating city and I hope to visit it again. When I...
