"Everything was absolutely Wonderful. No problems with anything. I will definitely book here again. "

"Hotel was outdated and not very clean. Called for extra towels and I was told I have to go grab them myself because there were no workers available. Breakfast didn’t have that many options to choose from. Our room was in front of elevators and it was very noisy every time people used it."

"Only issue is understanding your staff that answers the deak. I love people from all over the world. But if was running your hotel i would have ONLY English speaking persons, it really makes a difference on my opinion. Plenty other people out thrre. Last thing i booked my son threes nights room 131. I realize being there is a private thing. But i ask the very difficult t understand desk guy to please ring his room he said no can’t do that. Vhe is struggling right now as a young adult trying to fid himself and i am i another state.. worry wart mother his two cells were off or on charger on silent mode. That to me isn’t right period!!!"

"Breakfast menu was good. Hard boiled eggs were very hard. Way to over cooked. Otherwise good. "

"Unfortunately, the lobby smelled like pooh. The bathroom floor didn’t seem to have been cleaned and the walls were in disrepair."

"Carpet in our room had a large stain by the table. Coffee maker was nasty dirty and would not of used due to this. Front desk clerk at check in was too busy on her phone to answer questions regarding food or beverages. Customer service was just awful."
