"I'm giving this property and our stay 4 stars (****). Here's why...
The inn itself is adorable, clean and quiet. Close to "downtown" and the Arcade, but just far enough away. A bit pricey from a value perspective, but a nice stay overall.
What I wasn't a fan of was the daily charge of $40 for our small dog. Seems a bit much. The other was the the prominent display of over-priced merch in the great room off the lobby, and the gouge-priced stuff in the room itself. Seemed more at home in a...

"Exterior of property needs some love but the room was well maintained. 1 of the towels was dirty and the blanket had cigarette burns. But for the price and one night it was a good stay."

"Tried to contact hotel by phone three times and once by email prior to our arrival to let them know we were getting in late. No answer or response at all. Showed up to no one working and apparently one person was responsible for 4 hotels and helped us checkin to a room that was dirty, had no trash can or soap, the shower was moldy, the sheets were like toilet paper and towels like t-shirts. The morning breakfast is cereal and starts at 730am so no coffee until then as there was no coffee...
