"Always book here whenever staying in Caloocan. Location is safe, and accessible. There is always security and you always feel safe. The area and building and room is neat, tidy, and staff is super friendly. The owner Sarah and staff is very professional and check-in/out is always a breeze. I will definitely be booking again next visit in Caloocan! Maraming Maraming Salamat po!! "

"Very nice unit, nice and safe building in a safe area short walking distance from airport easily accessible by pedestrian footbridge from terminal 3. Host is reliable and helpful, very convenient for short stays if traveling, but would have gladly stayed for longer."

"When we first checked into our room, the fridge was not working property. The maganger quickly got us into our next room, with a bit of an upgrade, seamlessly and no additional cost. Both rooms were super clean and had all the amenities you would need to stay. I will definitely be staying here again."

"The property location is very close to MOA. Entrance to condo is very nice and clean. However, we notice the poor or substandard unit structure. Some walls and cabinet paints are peeling, cabinet doors need fixing. Shampoo smells bad. And body wash not properly dispensing. But the overall price per stay is reasonable and budget friendly."
