I called to announce late check in (almost midnight) but the package was not prepared at the entrance, I had to call and visit three locations before I got the keys and the package. Next problem: the apartment was not on the beach, as listed. I called the hotel, but the agent was not interested and he directed me to Hotels.com. "The hotel was in a great location on the beach. There was sufficient parking in a well lit lot. Booking and check-in was easy. The room was in a great area and was clean and comfortable with the beautiful view we asked for. Housekeeping was accommodating. Some of the amentities we used included beach access, hot tub, two swimming pools, two onsite restaurants, exercise room, and an arcade. The pool was closed early due to lightening and then did not reopen for the rest of the night even though the pool at a neighboring hotel was open for hours later. The restaurant food was good, mostly bar food and burgers and fries for dinner and then a large selection and big servings of breakfast foods. Drinks and snacks are also sold at the front desk. Check-out was easy."
