Cari Hotel di Okaloosa County

"We were charged an extra $386 because the deposit Expedia had me pay at the time of reservation was not paid to the resort. The manager was rude and low class."

"The room was clean and the staff was warm and helpful"

"We checked out after the first night due to cockroaches. Two were on the bed as well as in the bathroom."

"Beautiful property. We did not take advantage of all of the amenities but it is a gorgeous property and we loved where it was located."

"Very nice, clean and maintained rooms and property. Literally steps from the beach and beautiful views from the windows. Only dislikes are no balconies. A room with a balcony would have been spectacular, especially when the hotel right beside you has wonderful balconies, AND you have to pay for parking, which is a pet peeve. If I'm a guest at a hotel, I shouldn't have to pay to park there!"

"Everything was amazing. They let us get early checked in"

"Balcony door was difficult to open. Walls were so thin that you could hear through them and the whole wall shook anytime someone shut a hotel room door. Pool was small, old and very cold. It started at 4 feet so it was impossible to ease into it."

"The staff were rude and unhelpful in resolving the issue with the room, which was not what I had booked. I reserved a room with a partial sea view and they gave me a room overlooking another room. Horrible. Very disappointed 😏"

"The front desk lady I think her name is Jen not sure. She is absolutely amazing she made me feel comfortable and very nice and her husband as well."

"Matthew was very helpful"

"Beach accessibility was awesome"

"We seem to always need extra wash clothes. We were in room when housekeeping came thru, so they didn't clean our room, so we were out of wash clothes, went to desk to ask for more, and housekeeping was at our door in minutes with wash clothes!"

"Mark and staff are amazing. Highly recommend."

"The Beal House, Hilton Hotel was amazing property, great fun staff, gorgeous ocean beach view, clean rooms, and the chef there made delicious meals. Highly recommend it and will go back Closing again"
