"We recently completed our third stay at Henderson Beach Resort and was disappointed to see a noticeable decline in overall quality and service compared to previous visits. While the resort was generally clean, the main pool area was dirty and poorly maintained. In contrast, the newer pool was very clean and well presented. The valet staff were consistently friendly and helpful; however, the front desk team, particularly an associate named Sarbeth, was unfriendly and unaccommodating. Interactions...

"The property was overall well maintained but there were minor issues that could be resolved by little cleaning and moping in the rooms. There is no breakfast and we had to talk to someone on a screen to check in and out which is really odd. We did see a few roaches in the rooms so I would avoid leaving food out but it’s Florida and I’m sure they are outside roaches? Overall amenities were good and I would stay there again."

"The indoor pool and amenities are not for everyone..I got sick walking through to front desk ..the ventilation needs serious work..this is a motel not hotel but price reflects that ..I wish I could have enjoyed the stay since it rained the entire time there...was clean .. no beach access..was told we could walk across street and get in water but don't take anything over or they would make us leave.."

"The rooms are cleaned every 2 days which is not preferable for my family. This is the first time staying at a Hampton and was disappointed with having to wait for a room to be cleaned although we had reservations. We also killed a few roaches. There were unsupervised kids playing ding-ding-ditch as well as. The only good thing was the pool and the beach access."
