"we are Hilton Honors members…. We were very disappointed to wake up in the morning to go down for coffee and there is no coffee… They were changing shifts and the girls at the front desk said oh the coffee will be out in a couple minutes… When in reality, there was never any coffee coming out… And the girl that took over the shift later about 25 minutes after three other guests and I waited for the coffee to come out… Informed us that there was going to be no coffee coming out… When we book hotels, we know what to expect… Someone dropped the ball… There’s absolutely no excuse to have no coffee for guests who pay a premium for their rooms… Someone should’ve forecasted that and went to a local coffee shop or grocery store and purchase coffee until their shipment came in… It is not good enough to tell your customers oh there’s just no coffee today… Completely unacceptable and it was a sold out hotel. It was completely booked… That is poor Service for Hilton Honors member or any guest… That is a management problem. "
