"Everything went great. My only comment for a possible improvement would be to provide a continental breakfast free.
Of course a charge for the hot breakfast is to be expected but seemed a bit expensive.

"There were no instructions for the thermostat, so I did not know how to set it properly to keep the room cool the first night - which ruined my sleep. I finally figured it out at about 5AM. The bed was very uncomfortable - too hard, no softness at all. The bed linens were okay, but I dislike the way most hotels now make the sheets fold over the top of the comforter so the guest doesn't touch the comforter; that's so weird to me - just use an extra top sheet over the comforter to protect it! "We came to Pawhuska to visit the merchant tile from the pioneer woman and we got to tour the lodge. This hotel is directly across from the merchant tile so fantastic location! We had room 505.
