"Couldn’t get in the door with keycard, twice! Finally in my room & only bottom half of bathroom lights were working. Strip lights were hanging down. Had to use my phone light to shower. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Holes on door. Try to watch tv and said no connection. Wasn’t told about hours of breakfast nor if there was an ice machine or not. All around, NOT HAPPY!"

"It was very clean. No complaints ti time for bed and the sheets on both beds were damp feeling. Very clammy and uncomfortable. Hard to get to sleep but it was very late when we got to bed and too tired to complain that late
