do not use the OYO town house they will not honor your reservation when you do it online when you come to check in after 3 PM in the evening I came in about seven or eight all the rooms were full. They never honored my reservation online.

The staff here are more than helpful. Guests were all polite. It is an older property. But we'll maintained.

This was the worst booking and choice I've ever made for a weekend stay for my Uncle's Funeral. I arrived at the Will Roger's Airport in OKC at 8:40 pm, sick with a bad cold made worse on the plane. I got out of the terminal and was greeted by my sister Betsy, ODOT Eng. MGR, who drove me to OYO Townhouse 4.5 miles away. I asked Betsy to please wait until I checked in, then drive away. The Front Desk Clerk/Host was an ignorant man, who immediately started telling me I'm a no show for the booking, because I needed to check in at 2 pm!?! I said excuse me sir, my plane just landed from Chicago ORD 1/2 hr. Ago, it is now 9 pm, Saturday, October 17th, I don't see where is the problem to check in at 9 pm 10/17/26 and not at 2 pm since I'm an out of town guest. This ignorant scary looking not well groomed or dressed Clerk started telling me you booked yesterday and missed your check in time, so we have no room for you?! I tried to ask if he can read me the screen for booking, he said Saturday October 17th to Check out Monday Oct. 19th, paid for! I said exactly. And I just landed in OKC for my Uncle's funeral tomorrow Sunday 18 & Monday 19th. This means I can check in now as today is Saturday October 17th. He said stop cussing and get out of here i have no room for you, you missed your booking time!!! Horrific experience to be kicked out of a booked/paid for room for 2 nights and and 1/2 day. He added insult to injury as I was grieved by my Uncle's loss and Aunts sadness.

No A/C in the Lobby. No ice machine working. Room was not like the picture. I booked a double queen bed room. Which I got a king bed. I would’ve not minded if the property was better taken care of. Pictures must have been from when they first started.

The property does not have parking lot lights at all and the staff was extremely rude when notifying me that they can not accommodate our stay due to overbooking the hotel. The lobby was dirty and the parking lot has definitely seen better days.

All honesty I drove in early and checking is at 3pm so I stayed in the parking lot. They did let me use the plugs to charge my phone. Yes there is a $100.00 deposit. I was surprised but it's business they let you choose the form of payment, other hotels it's debit or credit along with a matching ID. The ladies that attended me and my kids where so sweet. If your not ok with the deposit. Then go somewhere else that suits you. Also I did indeed receive my deposit. Because I followed the rules.

We had this room book for two weeks before my arrival check in date. We traveled 10+ hours, I get there at 10 am (I know check in is not till 3) just to check and make sure it’s still reserved, I was told yes but to come back at 3 to pay for the room and check in then. So I leave and come back at 3, they apparently have no room available for a double bed that I booked TWO WEEKS in advanced!! I was told they would cancel it on their end and for me to go look elsewhere. The next day my card is charged for this room that they somehow DO NOT HAVE. I have called several times for a refund and every single time, they keep saying it’ll take up for 24-48 hours. It has been a full 7 days and I still do not have my refund! DO NOT RECCOMEND!

The first room I was given smelled. They moved me to a second room. The last they had so I didn’t have the right number of beds for everyone. And then we saw roaches in the room in the middle of the night. When I told the lady at the desk she said okay.
