"Good stay at the hotel. The Japanese rooms were amazing and we had a great vegetarian kaiseki dinner and really enjoyed the onsens. Would defintely recommend staying at this hotel. Only issue is transport to the location is a bit difficult if you don't have a car. We were aware of this and messaged ahead to ask about the availability of the hotel shuttle bus to the bus stop for our departure. "Tempatnya bagus,ongsennya juga ok,pas disana hujan salju, sekitar tempat penginapan penuh dg salju,staff nya semua ramah, saat disana cari makan susah restoran tutup, hanya ada 1 restoran yg buka,tapi saat itu uda tutup jam 6 PM, dinner di penginapan hrus reserved dulu baru bisa, tidak bisa langsung datang, bisa di antar dan di jemput di terminal Hirayu onsen.."

"Beautiful cultural experience. Having your own onsen and choice of the public onsen was very nice. We did not think the seiki breakfasts and dinner were worth the astoundingly expensive price. I would next time not book the meals, exorbitant cost at nearly $300 each time"
