"I enjoyed the hotel, the staff was wonderful and the people who arranged out tours were also wonderful. The neighborhood is a little rough and you’re kind of far away from Cebu city if that’s important to you. I liked the stay and would stay again. And the buffets were delicious. "

"The resort is old and lacking in being maintained. The bedroom was neat, clean and bed comfortable. The bathroom had stains all over the roof and shower fittings kept coming apart. No hot water first night but was fixed immediately when told staff. Our key card stopped working and we repeatedly had to go to front desk to get it renewed. The restaurant had very nice food but the breakfast menu not so good. The large outdoor pool was lovely but got very busy later in the day with local guests. The other 2 pools were closed for maintenance. Lots of staff who were very friendly and helpful. Location was great and there was a large supermarket over the road. "

"JPark was an absolutely amazing place to stay and the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and over all incredible. The property is great and very family friendly. The multiple pools and huge variety of children’s activities made it a great family vacation. But I really can’t say enough about the staff. The people really made it special for us and always made sure our kids (4 and 6 years old) had a great time. Really above and beyond. As is typical for resorts, the property is an island of luxury amidst the bustle of a city, but it was easy to get around as needed. By far the most family friendly vacation we’ve been on, catering to the kids and parents alike. "

"Our stay didn’t start well. We tried to contact the resort to say we would be checking in late, but no one answered at the number listed on Hotels.com. A Filipino friend was able to contact them through Facebook messenger. We learned they had no record of our reservation. I used the chat feature on Hotels.com app to find out what we should do. They were also unable to contact the property. I then spoke to the reservation support person who gave us some options. One was to pay the price of the reservation and they would book another place. I didn’t like this option because we couldn’t check the possible places because I only had my phone and I was busy chatting with the online support. We decided to go to the resort and see what we could work out. We were able to get the room we had booked at the price we wanted. The resort is understaffed, but the staff they do have is friendly and helpful. The place looks like it is still trying to recover from a major typhoon from a few years ago. Our first room was deluxe garden view. There were a few problems: no towels, tv remote didn’t work, the bathtub wouldn’t hold water because of a bad stopper, the bulb on the veranda was burnt out. We called the front desk and things were fixed quickly. The next day we moved to an ocean view room. It was much nicer and it turned out to be a free upgrade. The infinity pool is very nice. This could be a very good resort if the company has the resources to get everything fixed. "
