There was some separation between the sleeping quarters vs the living space and my husband didn’t care too much for the stairs, but I personally did not mind this at all. "Hotel room was very clean, modern, and well designed. Shower with changing color LED lights was also cool. The space is small but has what you need. Location wise it is right in the center of a heavy traffic area so if you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is not for you. If you’re looking to be in the center of things including night life, this hotel is great. Very close to the airport and there is also a free parking lot about a 6-8min walk away if you’re looking to avoid the daily parking...

"We received definetely the wrong room, we booked Family four-beds in Annex, and we received Family two-rooms. Family four-beds is promoted as an upgrade, hence we received a downgrade at the price of upgrade, I challenged this to the receptionist, with no success. Air conditioning was broken. I do not recommend this hotel, at all!"

"Amazing 3 night stay at Nuova luxury rooms and apartments. The room was cleaned to a very high standard and had everything you would need. The room had a fridge with complimentary water, a coffee machine with pods and kettle with different teas. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed. They also provide pool towels as they have the added bonus of a pool that you can relax at after a day exploring Olbia. Location is fantastic and is literally around the corner from shops, bars and restaurants...

"Vi var tilfredse undtaget at mini baren ikke virkede og vi derfor ikke kunne nedkøle drikkevarer! Derudover sad nøglen udvendigt på toilettet (mærkeligt) og kunne ikke tages ud. Toilettet sprøjtede med vand ud over brættet når vi skyllede ud. Derudover en del gode ting: kaffemaskine i underetagen på fællesområdet, smukt indrettet værelse, gode håndklæder og sengetøj og rent (ikke gulvet!) og ind- og udcheckning fungerede fint med self-check-in."

"Good location near the port. Nice large room. Self check in was quite easy but it’s a fiddle to have to fill out forms before. I shared passports via what’s app. There’s no reception and no breakfast option. It’s fine for one night."

"alles war perfekt! Das Apartment war sehr sauber und modern und die Lage hätte nicht besser sein können. Es liegt total schön in der Altstadt, und die Strände sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und schnell. Zum parken gab es an einem nahe gelegenen Gratis Parkplatz. Gerne jederzeit wieder!!!"
