"The hotel room was very clean, and the location is perfect. It’s situated on a lovely street filled with boutique shops and cafés. We especially appreciated having a full kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer, which made traveling with kids so much more convenient. We would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"I love the location of the hotel in Old City. It’s near everything. The Arden theatre is around the corner, there are shops, cafes, shopping and stuff to see and do. The room was clean, lots of pillows, towels and coffee. Breakfast was ok. The area is great to walk around!"

"When we received our room there was no hot water. We informed staff and within 30 minutes told them the room was unacceptable. They were unable to correct the issue. We "checked out" and went to another hotel. Renaissance said they would tell Expdia to give us a full refund but refused to give us any written statement of the condition. They have apparently not answered inquiry calls from Expedia. Expedia has not provided our money back.
The Renaissance pool has also been permanently closed which...

"The unit was clean, but could use a few more towels and toilet paper. The location is excellent with the exception of parking. There is no on-street parking at all and the nearest reasonably priced surface lot is a 15 minute walk away. However we expected that from previous reviews and luckily secured a spot in advance of arrival. The "damage deposit" was not revealed when I selected this property, and I probably would not have booked had I known about it. "

"Great stay! I stayed multiple dates over several weeks due to work training. Great to have a restaurant/bar in the building. Staff were very welcoming. Rooms very clean and updated. Only issue was dealing with the in room coffee makers. It was nice to have an expresso machine in the room but function of the machine varied."
