"I arrived late at night. I simply picked up a phone by the door, and a nice gentleman came to check me in. I received my door key, and went to the room. This is the first hotel I have ever felt fine enough to walk around without socks on. The entire room was very clean. The area was quiet until morning around 7AM, but until then, silent. The heat worked great, the pillows were nice and comfortable, the bed was comfortable; I have no complaints regarding my stay at this hotel. I most definitely...

"The room and bathroom were very clean and the only slight negative was the fact that the HVAC unit could not be controlled easily by the guest and appeared to eb pre-programmed with no local control at the unit below the window. It was cold during our stay and we could not warm the room up in the slightest. The parking was fine with re-entry possible only at the front entrance which was OK and makes sense for security. Our view was of the adjacent buildings rooftop and not appealing, so if...

She found us a room and allowed us to check in early to make things easier for us. Our room was clean, and thankfully, quiet. The rest of the staff we interacted with were friendly and breakfast was excellent. Kristy saved our vacation and we are very thankful. We will stay here again."
