"A great hotel in a great location. It has all the amenities I wanted, and the price was good. Service staff and reception were all very friendly and quick to help with anything. Special thanks to Ami for all of her help and valuable information. I am returning to Jakarta soon and would definitely book again, but they are sold out for my dates. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. :-("

From the gatekeeper’s welcome to the bellman’s gracious help, every moment felt special. The true highlight was DEDE at the front desk. Recognizing my stay from 10 years ago, he welcomed me like family, upgraded my room to a suite, and sent fresh fruits—an incredibly thoughtful touch. His kindness continued throughout my stay, always ensuring my comfort. Beyond DEDE, every staff member, from housekeeping to the breakfast team, provided one-on-one service with genuine warmth—never expecting tips, only focused on guest satisfaction.
