"Wonderful place to stay..beautiful hotel and close to shopping and walking trails and river."

"The check in was simple and easy. We were not told anything about WiFi password or ice. Only restaurant choice on night we got there was to order delivery which was $25 for a small slice of lasagna with a small slice of bread with an additional 20% fee and a $5 delivery charge- so $35 for a small cold piece of lasagna and no table to eat it at in the room. Only one chair as well so no place for my spouse to sit to eat. Patio was dirty and had not been cleaned off and same with all the cushions...

"The place was clean and the view is beautiful if you have a Riverview room, otherwise you would be looking at the parking lot. The pool was closed during our stay but opened the following day. The sauna was not working and ultimately appeared broken. The restaurant apparently only works on reservations, which was not made apparent in anyway. Instead of being honest about their bookings, restaurant hostess kept delaying the waitlist time and we eventually left after being told to wait 2...

"I just reserved because they have pool and jacuzzi but when we go to the property that was close for maintenance, the lady at the front desk said on the web site said it’s close but is a lie because that’s the reason why I reserved this hotel also is very old hotel 😕"

"Customer service great. My parents enjoyed the breakfast. Parking was Rough. and the Bedwas NOT comfortable nor were the pillows. Alas. Property was very clean. Housekeeping was ok. I asked for linens to be changed but they were not and I wish the trash cans were lined specially in the bathroom. "

"A Murphy bed? Are you kidding me? We drove 8 hours, paid how much, only to find out we had to pull down a Murphy bed with some CRAPPY memory foam mattress and make up the bed. And NO AC!!!! They lock the temperature at 70 and leave some note saying that if you tamper with it, there is some big fine. We are supposed to sleep in 70 degrees? But they even have a fan, obviously knowing it needs AC. No AC in Bend, Oregon. It was 88 degrees out. So then, a restaurant? Oh that would mean a half...
