"There didn't appear to be many visitors during my stay so they upgraded me to a suite, which was unexpected, and it was quite spacious and had a fireplace. Only grabbed a muffin from the breakfast offering but it was delicious. Property is well maintained and the bed was comfortable. Staff was great."

"Too many carpenter ants in and around room. Corners and window areas not clean. Check in clerk was not Hospitable at all. Not enough water bottles in room. Paying for parking is not a good look for a hotel not in an actual downtown location. Parking should be free for hotel staying guests."

"Everything I read about Holiday Inn Express Bend Oregon, turned out in person far better than what was in print. The hotel's Location: which made for easy trips to downtown for walking, shopping and food choices that will cram your mind till it hurts. All staff members seemed to possess a "Make it so" attitude; a front desk staff member was multi-tasking towels, answering phone calls and guests created a miracle for my sister. He found a way to approve my sister's spontaneous request to extend...

"We traveled with our pet and knew about the construction by reading other reviews. Did have some road noise but not terrible. I was pleased with how clean the room was. Couldn’t give 5 ⭐️because the room was missing towel bars and robe hooks. Also they have not replaced the headboard yet, which has a gouge in it. Good breakfast. They look like they are updating and we will consider booking again."

"Loved that there were drinks available on site, room was clean, staff was great. Small issue with water pressure in the shower, as it was very hard and no way to turn down the pressure without turning it to cold. But otherwise no issues!"

"Our stay exceeded our expectations - the room was clean, nicely decorated, and you cannot beat the view of the river right outside the windows. So peaceful, and a great location with close proximity to the downtown area of Bend. Easy instructions to get in and exit at the end of our stay, and will look to come back again next time we are visiting Bend."
