"There is no front desk. There are two elevators, when we arrived only one was working, and it was VERY slow. When we left neither elevator was working. We had to carry our bikes down 3 flights of stairs then we had to carry our luggage down those same 3 flights of stairs. That was a pain on the butt. No one on sight to call for extra pillows or towels. There was no closet, dresser to unpack and no iron."

"Enjoyed our stay. My only constructive criticism is that we would have appreciated more pillows, ideally a mixture of different types as well. The four pillows included were all super thick and not comfortable for side sleepers."
