"The room was very clean and beds were comfy! The breakfast was delicious! The pool was closed when we arrived and when it opened back up the next evening it was green and murky. I’d look elsewhere if you’re depending on a pool for kiddos. Other than that, we had a great stay!"

"When I arrived late at night, the desk staff gave me a key as usual. One elevator was clearly stuck and there was a crowd so I waited 10 minutes to get to my room only to find it would not open. After trying for 5 minutes (checking my key worked on another door, throwing my body weight into the door twice, messing with the handle), I go back downstairs and there's no one at the desk. I have to wait another 5 minutes for someone to return, and they tell me the particular room they assigned me...

"Writing the review with the understanding this is a budget motel. It had a good customer rating so I thought I'd try it. Location is in a fairly run-down area right off the interstate exit. Lobby is very small, front desk window is thick plexiglass with a tiny hole to stick your card under, like a sketchy convenience store. Doesn't give a great first impression. Room had a damp smell but had been updated recently. The sheets were clean, however there was hair present in the shower and dirt/dust...

"I only needed a hotel room overnight. I checked in around 4pm and checked out at 6:30 am. The hotel is rundown and in dire need of repairs.
I left my room once to get dinner. Came back and my room key didn’t work. I stood in line behind 2 families checking in, in order to get my key fixed. The bathroom was unbelievable. It was so disgusting, I couldn’t even get a shower.
I absolutely do not recommend this establishment."

"The late-night person who checked us in was rude and took a while to check us in (after we called on our way to let them know we would be late). The room was very damp and smelled horrible when we entered. The towels, sheets, and comforter were stained. The Wi-fi didn’t work. The elevator didn’t work when we arrived. Good location.
