"Parking was atrocious.
No reasonable coffee machine in room just some ridiculous espresso gadget.
No microwave.
Hotels usually scan my credit card for any extras in the room but here they actually charged my card $300 that I should get back in five to ten business days??
Hard Rock hotel Ottawa is out in the country, they little or no facilities for a normal morning breakfast or lunch.
If you want a decent tea or coffee and donut it’s 15 kilometres away."

"Host is awesome. The house decor is unique and interesting to see the things collected on the host's travels. Breakfast was delicious. The only negative experience was the size of the bed. We booked the room that advertised a king sized bed, and it wasnt a king. It was two double mattresses pushed together. The drawback of this was my feet dangled off the bed all night long. I have a king at home and was hoping to achieve the same level of comfort. Other than that, everything was wonderful. "

"The view from my balcony was absolutely incredible! I would stay here again just because of that. Unfortunately, it wasn’t very clean. The shower glass was dirty, the shower drain was completely clogged and nearly overflowed the shower pan while I had a short shower, and the sheets, although clean..were very wrinkled. Also the cutlery that was thoughtfully provided, was also dirty (had remnants of someone else’s food on it). But because of the stellar view, I did enjoy my stay."
