"Stopped 2 nights,room was tidy and clean, parking was right outside the room plenty of parking available, we were little bit early for booking in the young man on reception came out to meet us and couldn't do enough for us to settle in,
Breakfast was really good plenty of choice, and I must say the pretty young lady that was on duty in the restaurant was very helpful and cooked a lovely English breakfast, sincerely hope things get better for you in the future."

"If you’re driving somewhere it’s good value for money as a one or two nighter. Don’t expect anything flashy but it’s nice and clean. Would be better if they had a queen size bed. Be prepared to drive. It’s not close to anything. Breakfast was so so. Filling, but the powdered scrambled eggs were not very edible."

"Mostly great, however with a couple of very big caveats! ...... Room was lovely, parking convenient, food good, bathroom very nice and staff helpful. the caveats? When we checked in, the car park booking had not been communicated to the car pack. We were also allocated a room with a double bed (we booked a king), and more alarmingly when we went to the room we were allocated, there was someone already checked in there - their luggage was in the room, although fortunately they were not there....

"This is a great hotel if you’re travelling by car! It’s close to major roadways, and there seemed to be abundant outdoor parking (I’ve seen how… “exciting” some of the indoor parking lots can be in the UK). It’s a bit off the path of you’re travelling by Train, but the hotel doesn’t claim to be near transit. You’re within easy walking distance to Mermaid Quay, a plaza with lots of dining options, and harbour tours."

"Hd a quick stopover, and the hotel was clean and as expected. The team at the front desk were very helpful with check in and also directions and ideas for local food places as we had got in late.

"A big shout out to the staff which work here, very often you will stay somewhere and you’ll encounter 1 or 2 excellent staff with the rest just doing their job. This was not our experience at the Priory, every single member of staff acknowledged us with a friendly smile and an attentive attitude. We were a group of 4 and we all remarked how refreshing it was that we were welcomed and made to feel at home at the Priory. Keep up the good work and thank you."

"The staff were really helpful, the check in process was very quick and smooth, as was check out. The lobby area had been recently refurbished and looked very nice.
