"Me and my boyfriend stayed this past weekend and was by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at in the Arlington/DC area. Staff was helpful and the cafe area was convenient for our late night snacking. The hotel is beautiful and lots of work space which I used during the work day. It’s a 15 minute walk from Georgetown which is nice and it’s not too far from great restaurants. Will be back again soon!"

"Not the same Conrad. Probably the worst of all Conrads I have stayed at. And we gave stayed here numerous times. The front desk was not welcoming, took our credit card and gave our room keys. Period. No instruction on the elevator, no information given. The room was nice and clean. The toilet cubicle smelled like it was not cleaned. "This was a really mixed experience. On the one hand the room was great - big and spacious and well appointed. I really appreciated some of the details like the quick boiling SMEG kettle and the mini fridge. But on the other, the general service was really lacking. I had a disappointing experience during check-in (not with me but with watching another customer being poorly looked after), and things didn't really improve from there.
