Hotel Murah di Kota Tua Camarillo

"Property is beautiful and is located in a great area near many restaurants. Checking in with staff, is easy and they are friendly. The room was clean, but the amenities are outdated / not working. The beds need upgrading. Very uncomfortable. They do not have a night management on site, but you can call in and they will help, I just did not want to call someone and mid night for a room switch, fix the AC, new pillow and figure out what the noise was on the refrigerator."

"Our room is clean specially traveling with a small dog. The pool was nice. The staff was great. I have stayed here before and I will stay there again. Highly recommend."

"Our room was spacious and clean. The only minor complaint is the uncomfortable couch. It was incredibly hard and not comfortable for sitting. In addition, we did not get our trash taken out while we were staying for multiple days. A positive aspect of the property is their well maintained pool. It was crystal clear in the perfect temperature. We will be staying here again when visiting our son, daughter-in-law, and grandkids."

"Breakfast service was horrible. Took forever and was told had to pay for coffee and ice tea we said ok. When coffee came the handle was all sticky and I sent back. I did get another Cup. Asked for toast and i was told I had to pay extra. I said yes ok Took forever for someone to come tell me they had no toast/ no bread. Another person came said what kind of toast would I like and it would cost me. Ok I will pay. Brought toast and I said I didn’t want warm bread I want toast. Finally got toast...

"Showed up to the property at First. They did not have my reservation. The person in front of me. They had lost her reservation and she booked in January. The show I was going too I met another person who had booked the hotel and Sonesta had canceled them out that day. She arrived at the hotel at 8:30 PM to have to go to another hotel. I will never stay here again or recommend it as they cancel your reservation or they literally cannot find it."

"staff was great, property looked like possible reno or soft reno in progress (boxes in parking lot) tv didnt work at all, the wifi didn't work, the ac was a joke, only hot humid air came out which was not condusive for preparing for the event I was attending. Bed was fine, water pressure was great. It appears that they are trying, I would stay again, and more that likely will. Breakfast was really nice, well stocked"

"The initial room we were offered smelled strongly of mildew. We went back to the front desk and requested another room, which was provided, and when we opened that one it was exactly the same. We notified the front desk we were going to have to seek another hotel, and left. When we subsequently requested a refund through Expedia, the hotel declined saying that we had not let them know we were leaving. Do not recommend. Initial experience was bad, and even given the opportunity make it good,...

"Breakfast was ok. My room was ok but the phone in my daughter’s room didn’t work. She also had problems with the shower switch. She eventually got it to work but the water pressure was very light. She also had a large bug run across her bed and was able to catch it."
