People were walking outside right past our window, there were tons of cars making noise with alarms going off, hotel doors were constantly being slammed shut throughout the entire night, and the ice machine right next to our room was very noisy too. We are silver members and no breakfast was given as most Hiltons are supposed to."

Not to be nit-picky on the elevators, but they appeared to be recently refurbished although the control panels are beat up and unreadable, many lights did not work. "We were three people staying in a king suite and the room was dilapidated. The bathroom had a crack in the ceiling above the bathtub that was leaking from the room above. Staff was not that helpful as they said there were no other rooms available nor were they willing to do more than 3,000 points to mollify us. "This hotel was practical. Nice pool area. Clean rooms. The front desk receptionist and staff was kind and warm. The bartenders were good. I guess what I didn't love was that it felt a little bit like it's a locals hotel. In the evening we sort of saw people coming in and out that didn't feel like customers.
