"It's was a third time when we stay in this hotel.and every time-we are happy with our choice.Very friendly for family with kids.Very good and helpful staff.Perfect food with big choices.The room are very clean(good beds).Incide and outside in hotel its clean .

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely choose it again. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English, which made everything easy from check-in to check-out. They were also very flexible with both check-in and check-out times, which we really appreciated.
The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and cafés just a short walk away. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay.

"Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Die Zimmer waren für den Preis in Ordnung, aber unseres war leider nicht ganz sauber. Im Bad und Schlafzimmer fanden wir unter anderem Haare von Vormietern."

"I am also extremely disappointed with Expedia. Their customer service was terrible and they failed to properly help us when we needed them most. Despite explaining the unacceptable conditions at the hotel and providing evidence, we felt that our complaints were not taken seriously and that Expedia simply passed responsibility back to the hotel.

"Dafür, dass es ein 5 Sterne Hotel war, hat und der Flair gefehlt und nicht den Eindruck eines 5 Sterne Hotels gemacht.
Machte den Eindruck nach Masse.
Zum sitzen beim Frühstücken eher ungemütlich.
Hotel ist sauber. Da gab es nichts!
Frühstück könnte mehr Auswahl haben.
Fitness, sehr Sperrlich ausgestattet..
Hotel ist weit weg vom Schuss, von Restaurants und sonstiges. Zim Glück hatten wir ein Auto. Parkplatz gab es genügend."
