"Our family was there for a funeral..we had 10 rooms. The hotel was full because of a Leather expo of some sort with provocativly dressed people walking around and that's was the least of the problem. One cousin had Cockroaches in her room and when she turned on the hair dryer more flew out!! She changed rooms and when I checked in they tried to give me the room next door! They didn't have the adjoining rooms either that I had requested weeks before,they said they gave it away and there were no other rooms available on a higher floor so we had to stay on the first floor roach floor..another cousins room smelled like bugs pray and that was another floor so clearly a Problem! My niece had 5 large bug bites from her room. Another cousin had a broken bed in her room ,mine had broken cabinet doors and a cut out in more than one room in the bathtub floor, they clearly cut it out and it was like a cushion stepping in the shower so they did not replace the tub when work was done ..no one cared to apologize or make it better.. Do Not add the breakfast either that was a 15%off coupon not free and the restaurant was out of A lot of things so we didn't and couldn't eat there and wouldn't anyway with Cockroaches and bugs I can only imagine the unsanitary Kitchen! It was an awful experience,we could not move hotels as we had a schedule to keep for our funeral services or we all would have left the Roach Motel we call it and we and anyone we know in the area will Never be back!"

"Both the lobby and our room were large and comfortable, including our bed. We enjoyed the ability to check in online prior to arrival, so our actual check-in only took a couple of minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and pretty good for not being cooked to order. Only improvement in our opinion could be better tasting coffee (it tasted burnt). Other than that, everything was stellar!"

"I rented the handicapped suite as I was recovering from a serious auto accident and needed a place to stay to accommodate my wheelchair bound condition. 1. The suite rented to me for a month was not the picture provided my the hotel website. It was old, circa late 1990s-early 2000s. 2. Bathroom was not ADA compliant. Showerhead was 6 feet off the ground and floor was very slippery. 3. Cleanliness: A friend was staying with me and we intended for him to use fold out couch. Absolutely filthy and disgusting. Their attempt to clean it, comical. 4. Kitchen not accessible. 5. Suite run down, carpet torn, filthy. 6. Bed: very uncomfortable. 7. Must “order” room cleaning the day before because same day request does not work as they are too busy. They never clean the room unless you schedule it in advance. 8. Any delivery made to a customer is not reported by front desk. Customer must ask about delivery and go to front desk and pick it up. 9. Breakfast option limited and disappointing at best. The cleaning staff were very nice and accommodating, front desk staff, not so much. Very, very disappointing experience. Will never return nor recommend. "

"The woman at the front desk was rude and had attitude towards my daughter and another woman, I believe, because they were black. Kept threatening to remove from lobby, that they were harassing her and it was all being taped."

"Room was ok, clean, pillows were super small and uncomfortable. We were 2nd floor and the gym must have been above us... people walking back and forth for hours until after midnight then early in the am again. Breakfast was ok, not bad... plenty of it"
