"The hotel room that I stayed in was large room with a seating lounge that turned into a sofa bed if required. The bathroom room was large with a free standing bath, large vanity and walk in shower.
My room was opposite the harbour and was lovely to look at the view in the morning and evening. The staff at the hotel were wonderful and always very helpful and the breakfast in the restaurant was to order which was excellent.
The hotel was on the harbour within stari grad (old town) that I was...

"Perfect location, only a few steps from the action of the old town. The harbor less than a block away. Restaurants a few meters from the hotel. The staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to help and make your stay enjoyable. They pick us up by the bus station on arrival and took us to a car rental outside the city the day of departure. "We absolutely loved the apartment and the staff were very friendly & helpful. The location was terrific and very walkable.
The only negative was the unit above (we had the street level unit)…we could literally hear EVERYTHING happening above us…every foot fall, chair movement and even the unit being swept between guest. So exercise caution if you’re looking for a quiet & peaceful stay, because this apartment will not provide."

"Je ne retournerais pas à cet établissement. Le matelas est terrible, fini, à jeter à la poubelle. Le wifi n’est pas bon du tout. Le soir nous n’étions pas capable d’y avoir accès. Il manquait toujours de l’eau chaude lors d’une seule douche. Pas de rideau pour la noirceur dans la chambre. L’escalier pour monter à l’appartement est extrêmement vieux et sale. L’appartement est bien équipée de toutes choses nécessaires mais il y a beaucoup de manques et de choses à améliorer."

"The location was the saving feature of our stay. The apartment is located in the old town in a quiet area.
The apartment appears nice enough but our bed wasn’t made when we finally checked in. We had ask to check in early (1pm) but left waiting until 3pm outside until a message with the door code was received.
Other issues or questions ignored by the WhatsApp contact- no human on site. (E.g no light bulb in the room/ do we get more loo roll on a 6 night stay?!).
As someone else said 3 months...

"Directions to get to the place were good. However, entrance then lots of steps. NO Towels, NO toiletries, half-used toilet paper only, Not a single glass or cup. Lights burnt out. Bathroom is a disaster, SO tiny and cramped! Host communicated through WhatsApp but took a long time to get back to us.
Wouldn’t recommend this place at all!"

"Ambiente nuovo, pulito e moderno. Parcheggio comodissimo all' interno della struttura. Distanza dal centro gestibile con passeggiata di circa 30 minuti. Colazione per italiani, dolce, un tantino scarsa, bevande tipo cappuccino a pagamento. Presente solo caffè caldo e latte freddo compreso nel prezzo. Per intenderci un latte caldo era a pagamento. Questo non mi è mai successo."
